We
want you to be happy with the products that you purchase from CuttingBugs.com.

and we will review the available options. For
non-defective merchandise, product must be returned to us in new condition, unopened, as it
is sent to you. Cartridges removed from the outer plastic case are not eligible
for return unless the item is defective. Cricut Design Studio Software in
nonreturnable. All returns are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee is waived for exchanges (you can choose to exchange your product for
any product in our store of equal or greater value, you must purchase the item prior to sending the return, and include the exchange orders invoice number). Shipping on returns and
exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. All returns and exchanges must
be received by CuttingBugs.com within 30 days of purchase. For purchases on or
after November 1, the return period is extended to January 31.
If the return is due to an error we made we will
make the corrections needed, at our cost. If the item is defective, we
will replace the item or refer you directly to the manufacturer who will take
care of the problem, at no cost to you.
You
must first have authorization for all returns. Please e-mail us at support@CuttingBugs.com for farther
return instructions.

Warranty We are a factory authorized dealer for Provo Craft. All cricut machines, gypsy machines, and cartridges, YUDU Machines, are covered under a limited 1 year warranty through Provo Craft.
International Warranty
All Provo Craft Products come with a 1 year limited warranty. Provo Craft does not warranty items that are shipped outside of the United States, however, for our international customers, we will do everything we can to work with Provo Craft to get your product fixed or replaced. Return shipping charges may apply on International Warranties.
